Our story
In the land markets of Hosur and the apartment corridors of Bangalore, we kept seeing the same thing: honest buyers navigating a market built on half-information. Brochures promised; documents disagreed. A locality was βboomingβ because someone said so at a tea shop.
So we built Addressin on two old-fashioned habits β walk the land, and verify the paper β and paired them with modern research. We track every new road notification, industrial announcement and registration trend across our four cities, so that when we recommend a property, we can show you the why behind it.
We proved the model with our own money first: over 500 acres bought for ourselves and the subscribers who invest alongside us. That is still our test for every listing today β would we buy this ourselves? If the answer is no, it doesn't go on the site.
